Unleash your inner artist in this writing workshop inspired by ArtSpace and the Great Artists Challenge! In this workshop, we'll use art as inspiration to dive deeper into our imaginations. You'll have time to write two pieces (in any genre you'd like) inspired by paintings and prompts. You'll also learn about websites you can explore to find artistic inspiration in the future.

Forts and Fortunes

As part of Elsewhere Museum's Fort Night fundraiser and online showcase, we will Zoom in from our home pillow forts and write fortunes to guide us into 2021. Hunker down and look ahead. Living Room Theatre: Writing and Staging Plays at Home

In this workshop, we will write and stage plays quarantine-style for performance in our own homes. Participants will read short excerpts of hybrid theatrical texts, craft scenes based on provided prompts, and brainstorm possibilities for staging their creations at home. The workshop includes guiding questions for amateur and experienced dramaturgs on play anatomy and what it means to perform.
